How does billing work?

Invoices are generated on the first of every month for the previous month’s usage in USD.

Do I need a credit card to create an account?

Yes.

I want to subscribe to a free tier, do I still need a credit card to create an account?

We require a credit card on signup for all plans (free and paid) as part of a broader "know your customer" (KYC) strategy to limit prohibited or fraudulent use. We authorize and void $1 dollar to help confirm your identity.

Are there alternative payment methods?

Yes. Partner accounts that subscribe to plans in excess of $10,000 USD or expect to incur more than $10,000 USD in monthly recurring charges, payment terms are available. Please contact our billing team for additional payment options.
